Earning your commission at Yale
Yale has a long history of training undergraduates to commission as officers in the U.S. Armed Forces. Yale is a host institution for Air Force and Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) units, through which undergraduates may prepare for leadership in the military services while pursuing undergraduate degrees. Yale has a cross-town agreement with the University of New Haven for the Army ROTC program. Other commissioning opportunities are available through contacting the individual military branches.
